Professional Testing Center
As of June 1, 2008, the RETC is no longer offering testing services to the public.
Technical and professional skills are essential for career advancement. Potential employers often require certifications to ensure that job applicants possess the required skills.
The RETC – Center for Professional Development offers educators, students, parents and other professionals technology certification exams at our facilities. Technology exams like Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Adobe Certified Associate. The RETC is certified to offer exams through Certiport.
Initially funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice and Congressman José E. Serrano (16th Congressional District of New York, South Bronx), the RETC Testing Center has helped hundreds of people in the New York City area improve their technology skills and employability.
