Funded in part by a U. S. Department of Education Fund for Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE) Learning Anytime Anywhere Partnerships (LAAP) grant. Federal Funds will finance 31% of the project's total cost of $4.5 million over three years. The remaining 69% ($3,148,602) of the cost will be shared among the partners.
